Adult Ministries at MMPC
- Sunday School Classes 9:45 -10:45 a.m. There are currently three adult Sunday school classes to choose from: Adult I) Revelations; Adult II) A journey through The Psalms; and Young Adult) A study of the book, Just a Walk Across the Room: Simple Steps Pointing People to Faith by Bill Hybels. All are welcome to join any class at any time.
- Men’s Life: All men are welcome to join in a weekly time of prayer, fellowship, and the study of God’s word. Coffee, juice and breakfast tacos are provided. We are currently studying the gospel of John. For more information, contact trey@mmpcalbany.org.
- Prayer: There are two weekly opportunities available to gather in prayer with and for one another. Sunday mornings at 9:00 a.m. all men are welcome to gather for a time of prayer in the church offices. Tuesday mornings all women are invited to gather in the Sanctuary for a time of prayer.
- Women's Weekly Bible Study: Join Beth Moore in an in-depth and very personal examination of this great story of threat and deliverance. She peels back the layers of history and shows how very contemporary and applicable the story of Esther is to our lives. If you've ever felt inadequate, threatened, or pushed into situations that seemed overpowering, this is the study for you. Just as it was tough being a woman in Esther's day, it's tough today. This portion of God's Word contains treasures to aid us in our hurried, harried, and pressured lives." There will be a morning study and an evening study, on Wednesdays, starting September 9th.
